Zapier + the rest of your stack, without code
If an app you use is not on this page, Zapier probably connects to it. Ohanvi’s Zapier app works both ways — something happening in Ohanvi can start a Zap, and a Zap can write into Ohanvi — so a lead from anywhere lands on the same contact record as its WhatsApp conversation.
What it connects
- Triggers: a new lead or contact, a deal won or moved to a new stage, an incoming WhatsApp message, a form submission, an email opened, clicked or bounced, a new booking
- Actions: create a contact, lead, deal or account, or start an Ohanvi flow — for example a WhatsApp welcome message
- Searches: find a contact by email, or an account or deal by name, so a Zap updates a record instead of duplicating it
- Ready-made templates, such as “Welcome every new lead on WhatsApp” and “Log new leads to a sheet”
What it asks for, and why
- An Ohanvi API key that you create and paste into Zapier
- Zapier calls Ohanvi on your behalf. The key acts with the permissions of the person who created it, and you can revoke it at any time.
Setting it up
- In Ohanvi, open Integrations → Zapier and click Create key. Copy the key — it is shown once.
- In Zapier, choose Ohanvi as the app and paste the values Ohanvi shows you when Zapier asks for them.
- Pick a trigger and an action, or start from one of the templates in Ohanvi.
- Test the Zap in Zapier before turning it on.
If the connection lapses
Revoking the key stops every Zap that uses it on its very next request. Zapier checks Ohanvi for new records on its own schedule, every few minutes depending on your Zapier plan, so a Zap is not instant.
What it costs
Included on every plan. Zapier’s own plan is billed by Zapier, and any WhatsApp message a Zap sends is charged at your plan’s published per-message rate.
Questions this answers
- Does Ohanvi integrate with Zapier?
- Yes, and it is live today on every plan including Pay as you go — not a roadmap item. Connect Ohanvi to thousands of other apps: Ohanvi events start your Zaps, and Zaps create contacts, leads and deals or start a WhatsApp flow.
- What permissions does the Zapier integration need?
- An Ohanvi API key that you create and paste into Zapier: Zapier calls Ohanvi on your behalf. The key acts with the permissions of the person who created it, and you can revoke it at any time.
- What happens if the Zapier connection stops working?
- Revoking the key stops every Zap that uses it on its very next request. Zapier checks Ohanvi for new records on its own schedule, every few minutes depending on your Zapier plan, so a Zap is not instant.
- What does the Zapier integration cost?
- Included on every plan. Zapier’s own plan is billed by Zapier, and any WhatsApp message a Zap sends is charged at your plan’s published per-message rate.
