WooCommerce + your store’s orders, on WhatsApp

WooCommerce knows when an order is placed, paid, shipped or left in a cart. Ohanvi turns each of those into a WhatsApp message to the customer who caused it, on the same contact record as every other conversation you have had with them.

What it connects

  • Order events — placed, paid, completed, cancelled — as triggers for a template message
  • Abandoned carts, as the trigger for a cart-recovery sequence
  • Customers, so a shopper and a WhatsApp contact are the same person in Ohanvi
  • Order number, customer name and items, as variables inside the template

What it asks for, and why

A Read/Write REST API key, approved by you on your own store
Read lets Ohanvi see orders, carts and customers. Write is needed only so Ohanvi can create the webhooks that tell it the moment an order changes — it does not edit your products or orders.

Setting it up

  1. In Ohanvi, open Integrations → Store connections, choose WooCommerce and enter your store’s address.
  2. Your store asks you to sign in to WordPress as an administrator or shop manager. Click Approve.
  3. Ohanvi subscribes to your store’s events automatically. If your store cannot reach us back, enter a Read/Write key pair from WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API instead; it is tested before it is saved.
  4. Choose an approved WhatsApp template for each event, map the order fields into it, and send yourself a test order.

If the connection lapses

If the key is revoked or the store goes offline, order and cart events stop reaching Ohanvi and the automated messages stop. Your contacts, templates and conversation history are unaffected, and reconnecting resumes sending from that point. Disconnecting from Ohanvi removes the webhooks it created on your store.

What it costs

Included on every plan, including Pay as you go. You pay only for the WhatsApp messages it sends, at your plan’s published per-message rate.
