Ohanvi

Integrations

Pabbly + your workflows, both ways

Pabbly Connect is how many Indian businesses glue their apps together. Ohanvi plugs into it in both directions, so a workflow can react to what happens in Ohanvi and write new people into it — on the same contact record as WhatsApp.

What it connects

  • Subscriptions: Ohanvi sends new and changed records — contacts, leads, messages — to a Pabbly webhook you choose
  • An API key, so a Pabbly workflow can create and update contacts and leads in Ohanvi
  • A test delivery, so Pabbly can capture every field before you map it

What it asks for, and why

An Ohanvi API key, for Pabbly to write into Ohanvi
Pabbly acts on your account only with a key you create, and you can revoke it at any time.
A Pabbly webhook URL, for Ohanvi to send changes to
Ohanvi needs to know where to deliver each change. Each delivery is signed with a secret so your workflow can check it came from Ohanvi.

Setting it up

  1. In Ohanvi, open Integrations → Pabbly.
  2. To send data to Pabbly: create a subscription, paste the webhook URL from your Pabbly workflow, and click Test so Pabbly captures the fields.
  3. To let Pabbly write into Ohanvi: create an API key and paste it into the Pabbly action.
  4. Map the fields in Pabbly and turn the workflow on.

If the connection lapses

Deleting a subscription stops Ohanvi sending to that workflow. Revoking the key stops Pabbly writing into Ohanvi on its next request. Nothing already in Ohanvi is removed.

What it costs

Included on every plan. Pabbly’s own plan is billed by Pabbly, and any WhatsApp message a workflow sends is charged at your plan’s published per-message rate.
