No, and you do not need one. Pay as you go is ₹0 a month with every feature switched on — top up from ₹500 and pay only for what you send, for as long as you like. There is no clock to run out and no card waiting to charge you at the end of it. On a paid plan, nothing is charged until your WhatsApp number is live and verified, so you are not billed while you are still setting up.

Anything your system sends on its own: order confirmations, shipping updates, COD confirmations, cart recovery, and appointment, renewal, fee or birthday reminders. Replies you type to a customer yourself are never counted against your included volume.

Meta charges per message: you are billed for each template message you send, at a rate set by its category — marketing, utility or authentication — and the recipient’s country. Our price for every category, country and plan is published in the rate table on this page. A marketing message to India is ₹1.0357 on Pay as you go and ₹0.9063 on Pro. Every paid plan also includes 100 WhatsApp messages a month with Meta’s charge covered by us, and replies you send inside a conversation the customer started are free.

Meta sets the underlying rate for every message and publishes its card openly. What we add on top is set by your plan — 20% on Pay as you go, 15% on Starter, 12% on Growth, 8% on Scale and 5% on Pro — and nothing else is added. A marketing message to India is Meta’s ₹0.8631 plus that percentage, which is why it costs ₹1.0357 on Pay as you go and ₹0.9063 on Pro. Both halves are published so you can separate them on any invoice.

Because that is what you are buying. Every plan carries every feature, so the higher tiers cannot charge you more for access to something — what they give you instead is more included volume, more seats, faster support and a lower price on every message you send. A marketing message to India falls from ₹1.0357 on Pay as you go to ₹0.9063 on Pro, against Meta’s own published ₹0.8631.

They are charged per reply, with no monthly fee: ₹2 a reply on our key, or 50 paise a reply if you bring your own model provider key — a quarter of the price, because you are paying your model provider directly instead of us. Nothing is subscribed to and nothing is bundled — if the AI agent answers a hundred messages this month, that is what you are billed for. There is no plan on which AI is unavailable.

Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn are ₹2 per post, on every plan including Pay as you go. Posting to X is ₹4 a post — X charges for its own publishing API and that cost is passed on. Scheduling, the publishing calendar and per-network previews are included on every plan.

Extra automated messages are charged per message at your plan’s rate — 50 paise on Starter, 40 on Growth, and 30 on Scale and Pro. Nothing stops working and no feature is withdrawn.

It is ₹0 a month and prepaid: you top up from ₹500 and every message is billed as you send it — 75 paise per automated message, plus the published per-message price for anything you send on WhatsApp. One seat, self-serve setup, email support inside 48 hours. Every feature is there; you are simply paying per use instead of a monthly fee.

Either one puts you on a custom plan: volume pricing, unlimited seats, extended data retention, priority support and additional numbers, plus SSO and compliance review if you need them. Pro includes 10 seats, and past that a per-seat charge is the wrong shape for a large team — so we scope the whole plan rather than charging ₹499 another ten times. Talk to us.

Yes. Take a 12-month plan and the 13th month is free; take 6 months and you get 15 days free. The price and the features are identical either way — committing simply lowers what you pay per month.

Yes, at any time — the plan stops at the end of the period. There is no lock-in: your contacts and chat history can be exported whenever you like, and you can move between plans freely.

Yes. It is registered to your business, on Meta’s official platform, and it stays with you if you move to another provider. We do not hold it on your behalf.
