Before you ask
Do I need to apply for the WhatsApp Business API myself?
No. As a Meta Tech Partner we handle the approval process with you, including the business verification Meta requires.
Can I keep my existing WhatsApp number?
Yes. An existing number can be migrated to the Business API, or we can set up a new one dedicated to your business.
Who owns the WhatsApp account?
You do. The account is registered in your business name, and you keep it if you ever leave. We do not hold it on your behalf.
How does message pricing work?
Meta charges per message for the templates you send, at a rate set by the template’s category — marketing, utility or authentication — and the recipient’s country. Ohanvi adds 10% to Meta’s rate and nothing else. Replies you send inside a conversation the customer started are free, and your plan covers the platform itself.
What happens when a customer replies?
The reply lands in your shared team inbox, where it can be assigned to someone, answered by an automated flow, or picked up by whoever is free.
Can I export my data and leave?
Yes. Contacts, conversations and delivery logs can be exported at any time, and plans are month to month. There is no notice period and no exit fee.
