Fifteen minutes, in writing afterwards — and the founding rate you join on stays yours for as long as you remain a partner, whatever we charge partners who join later.
Your share applies to the Ohanvi subscription only, not to WhatsApp message charges. Those are billed to your client at Meta’s published rate plus Ohanvi’s standard 10% — the same rate you get on your own account, with nothing added on top for being a partner.
