Google Workspace + the tools your team already opens
Most teams already keep their creative in Drive and their contact lists in Sheets, and already send from a Gmail address customers recognise. Connecting them means those files stop being copied into Ohanvi by hand — and everything they produce lands on the same contact record as the WhatsApp conversation.
What it connects
- Gmail — compose and send email campaigns from the Google account you connect, so mail arrives from an address your customers already recognise
- Google Drive — the folders you select become a media library, so images and creative can be used in campaigns without re-uploading them
- Google Sheets — import contacts from a sheet into the CRM, so a list your team already maintains does not have to be exported to CSV first
What it asks for, and why
- Permission to send mail from the Gmail account you connect
- A campaign is sent at a scheduled time when nobody is at the keyboard. That is only possible with permission granted in advance. Ohanvi sends as that address; it does not read your inbox to do it.
- Read access to the Drive folders you select
- The media library shows what is in those folders. Read is enough — nothing is written back, and folders you do not select are not visible to Ohanvi.
- Read access to the Sheets you choose to import from
- An import reads rows and creates contacts. It is read-only in the other direction too: importing never edits, reorders or deletes anything in your sheet.
Setting it up
- Open the integrations screen and choose Google Workspace.
- Sign in with the Google account that owns the mailbox, folders or sheets you want to use.
- Grant only the parts you need — Gmail sending, Drive folders and Sheets import are approved separately, and none of the three requires the other two.
- Pick the Drive folders the media library should show, and map your sheet’s columns to contact fields before the first import.
- Send yourself a test campaign before running one to a real list.
If the connection lapses
Scheduled campaigns stop sending from the connected Gmail address, the media library stops listing Drive files, and Sheets imports stop running. Nothing already in Ohanvi is affected: contacts imported earlier stay in the CRM, and campaigns that already went out are unchanged. Reconnecting the same Google account restores all three. Files in Drive and rows in Sheets are never modified by Ohanvi, so nothing on Google’s side can be left in a broken state.

Email campaigns are charged per email — the rate is on the pricing page. Importing contacts from a sheet and browsing your Drive media are not metered. Which plans the connector itself is available on is not published here yet; ask us and we will tell you straight.
