If you have an Ohanvi account

Sign in at https://app.ohanvi.com, open Settings, and choose Delete account. We will confirm by email before anything is removed. If you would rather we did it for you, email [email protected] from the address on the account.

If a business messaged you through Ohanvi

You may be in a contact list a business uploaded. That business decides what happens to it — we hold it on their behalf. Email [email protected] with the phone number or email address concerned and we will forward your request to them and confirm once it is actioned. You can also reply STOP to any WhatsApp message to opt out of that business’s messaging immediately.

If you connected a Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp account

Disconnecting the account inside Ohanvi revokes our access token and stops any further access. You can also remove Ohanvi from Settings → Apps and Websites on Facebook, or Business Settings for a WhatsApp Business Account.

To have the data we already received deleted, email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request" and tell us which connected account it concerns. No account is needed to make this request.

What we delete

• Your profile, login and account settings.
• Contacts, segments and custom fields you uploaded.
• Campaigns, templates and chatbot flows you created.
• Message and delivery logs tied to your account.
• Access tokens and identifiers for every connected platform.

What we may have to keep

Invoices and tax records are retained for the period Indian law requires. We also keep minimal records needed to defend a legal claim or to enforce a suspension. Anything kept is restricted to that purpose and nothing else.

Data already delivered to Meta as part of sending a message is held under Meta’s own retention rules; ask Meta directly to remove it.

How long it takes

We acknowledge every request within 3 working days and complete deletion within 30 days, and in any case within 90 days including backups. We email you when it is done.
