Wix + your Wix store, on WhatsApp
A Wix store already knows who ordered what and when. Connecting it lets each new, updated or cancelled order send the customer a WhatsApp message, and keeps your Wix contacts and products beside the conversation.

What it asks for, and why
- Access granted when you install the Ohanvi app on your Wix site
- Wix asks you to approve exactly what the app reads — orders, contacts and products — on the one site you choose. Nothing is collected before you approve it.
Setting it up
- In Ohanvi, open Integrations → Store connections and choose Wix. Give the connection a name you will recognise.
- Wix opens and asks you to pick your site and approve the app.
- Once approved, order events reach Ohanvi automatically — there are no keys to copy.
- Choose an approved WhatsApp template for each order event, and place a test order.
If the connection lapses
If the Ohanvi app is removed from your Wix site, order events stop reaching Ohanvi and the automated messages stop. Contacts and history already in Ohanvi stay. Reinstalling the app resumes from that point.
What it costs
Included on every plan, including Pay as you go. You pay only for the WhatsApp messages it sends, at your plan’s published per-message rate.
